This building was cladded with incorrect frame work and unsuitable cladding material, which was continuously failing for a period at 5 years. The building also had major plumbing issues & the balcony water proofing had either not been done at all or done very badly. Enter, CCMS.
CCMS was called in to do a full diligence of the work carried out by the original builder, we carried out a full plumbing upgrade, new water proofing to all balconies, and retiling all balconies.
CCMS stripped all cladding from the front of the building, re-built the support frame work for support of new cladding , supplied and installed new appropriate external cladding with express joint and painted all new cladding.
There has been no water egress or plumbing problems since CCMS rectified problems.
