CCMS managed the build for this busy retail site in Rundle Mall, Adelaide. Our client wanted a show stopping base build for stores to be able to put their own spin on a brand new space. In a historic building, we managed new roofing, lighting, staircase and fixtures inside. CCMS restored the external façade of building including top turret façade, new polished concrete flooring along with new wall cladding, complete A/C upgrade.

As part of the base build, we installed a mezzanine into the herritage building, with a void at the front creating a striking feature as customers walk in.
